Quick Weight Loss Systems - The Biggest Loser Twins Reveal Their Rapid Action Metabolism System

Quick weight loss systems are what The Biggest Loser contestants use to produce such incredible results and now The Biggest Loser Twins, Bill and Jim Germanakos are back in the spotlight almost two years after winning the popular reality show to share with the world their very own fast results system.

I know what you are thinking, "If I was on a ranch for 8 months where every moment was focused on losing weight, then I could get great results as well." But I want to point out something about one of the Biggest Loser twins, Jim.

Jim, was voted off the show after the 5th week. He had lost 53 pounds while on the ranch and then after being sent home he lost 133 pounds on his own in the 6 remaining months while working a full-time job. This is why he says, if he can do it, you can to.

When Jim came home he found it necessary to create a plan that would work to drop pounds fast but also allow him to work and be a husband and father at the same time. He created a plan for himself and then when his brother came home from the Biggest Loser campus they sat down together and put together their master plan which they called the Rapid Action Metabolism System or RAM System.

What were the results of the RAM System?

Bill showed up at the finale 164 pounds lighter and won the grand championship and Jim after losing his 186 pounds in the 8 month period captured the win amongst the eliminated players.

The quick weight loss systems that they crafted helped them know exactly how many calories they needed to eat, how much to exercise and whether they should do aerobic exercise or resistance (i.e. weight training) and helped them track their progress so they were never guessing.

The brothers found the quick weight loss systems that worked for them both on the ranch and back home and they have now packaged this information for the average person in their new system.
