This drink contains two chemicals named epigallocatechingallate (EGCG) and epigallocatechin (EGC) that are instrumental in the prevention of this cancer. ECG, content in green tea, supports the growth of an enzyme that is useful in the prevention of this disease. Researches have also shown that drinking 4 cups of this tea a day helps to effectively fight cancer.
